Dear Reach Broadband and CTCisp Customer,
 
Please excuse any inconvenience, our e-mail system is going through a migration upgrade to better serve you. Worldwide with the advent of new internet browsers and technologies, like IE8 and Firefox, e-mail systems are upgrading to accommodate them. This will allow the use of rich text, graphics and colors. Without this upgrade your e-mail would no longer be efficient. This change began last Wednesday, May 20th and will continue through June 5th.
 
Your username and password will stay the same, if you are using our online webmail system the look will change. It will have a more efficient and clean looking system for you to enjoy.
 
If you are using Microsoft Outlook, the new incoming server will be pop.reachbb.com and outgoing server will be smtp.reachbb.com. 
For CTCisp customers the new incoming server will be pop.ctcisp.com and outgoing will be smtp.ctcisp.com
